See you on February 13, 2010 (if applicable) at 10am to 12 noon, and March 20,
2010 at 4:15pm! Parking is available. Please bring all props or equipment with you on the date of the show by 4:15pm. Please be
sure to check in upon arrival. Keep in mind you will not have the opportunity to “warm-up” before the gospel talent show and
dressing rooms will not be available for use. Please arrive prepared!

All entry fees, registration forms and DVD’s must be postmarked or hand delivered to the Ark of Safety Christian Church by 2:00 pm
February 27, 2010. Entry fee and registration form must be completed before you can audition.
Those selected to perform will be notified via email on or before March 6.
Audition by submitting the entry fee of $25.00 (non-refundable), registration form, and
a 2-minute DVD of the gospel Christian talent to be performed by February 13 by mail to the Ark of Safety Christian Church or bring
entry fee, registration form, and audition live for 2 minutes at the Ark of Safety on February 13, 2010 from 10am to 12noon. You are
responsible for all costumes, props, and equipment to be used in your performance (i.e., musical and/or drama equipment, dress,
etc). Participants must provide their own music on CD (if any) clearly marked with the appropriate song number and title for the
sound technician. Participants must check in on time the day of live auditions and the actual Gospel Christian Talent Show Date. Failure
to check in on time for the auditions or show may result in cancellation of your performance.
On day of talent show, performances are limited to 4 minutes. This is a Christian family event.
Inappropriate behavior or content will be cause for immediate disqualification from the Gospel Christian Talent Show.
Cash prizes, plaques, and trophies will be awarded! Prizes will be awarded for two age groups. Ages 6 to 12 will receive trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places.
Ages 13 & above will receive $500.00 & plaque for 1st place; $250.00 & plaque for 2nd place; $175.00 & plaque for 3rd place.
The Release Waiver at the bottom of the registration form must be signed, NO EXCEPTIONS.
