Unity Choir

Trained, Equipped and Ready to Reap

God has truly blessed the Ark of Safety Unity Choir to sing and minister under the anointing of God. And after hearing the word of God being preached week after week, the seed has been planted and the choir has heard the call. This choir is hungry not only to minister in song, but also to serve and do the work of a true Christian.

God has given Pastor Muse a vision for the Ark of Safety Christian Church. To help support this vision, the choir has organized a Welcome Committee and an Event Planning Committee.

The Unity Choir delivered over ten baskets of food to the Naomi Women's Center and the Potter's Men's Center in November 2003. These centers help men and women who have mental, physical and drug abuse issues. Through the word of God, the people of God, and the help of Reverend Thaddeus Steele (who oversees both centers), many are turning their lives around. Reverend Steele expresses his appreciation for the ARK's donation of love during the Thanksgiving holiday.

The purpose of the choir's Welcome Committee is to help build and encourage choir membership, to ensure that new members have what they need and to make new choir members feel welcomed.

The purpose of the choir's Event Planning Committee is to develop projects and activities that support the vision by supporting our pastor, serving our church, and reaching out to the community and those who don't know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour.

Our next project will support the ARK's Victory House Ministry that helps women and children who are victims of domestic violence and abuse.

The Unity Choir understands the vision, has been trained and equipped, and is ready to reap. Look for the praise reports as the choir makes a difference in the lives of others!
