Anthony Muse to the office of Bishop-Primate. Pastor Muse will be consecrated and installed on Saturday, September 25, 2004. This will be an event to remember for years to come. When Bishop Ralph L. Dennis received the resolution for Pastor's election to bishop in his office last July, the process began and has been ongoing. And because the major prerequisites of Pastor's election to bishop have been determined and satisfied, on February 1, 2004, Bishop Dennis came before the Ark family to present the Boule or Certificate of Episcopal Election to Pastor Muse and the Ark family.
